[Active] Choose 1 target for a [Displacement] effect: Pulls this unit towards the target. When this unit stops, deals damage to enemies within 3 blocks for 0.3x AoE damage, then deals an instance of [Fixed Damage] to self for 30% of max HP. After use, remove all debuffs on self, and gain "Immunity" for 1 turn. The displacement and fixed damage on self from this skill cannot be immunized or reduced.
