When enemies are on the above terrain, after taking action they have a (40, 60, 80, 100)% chance of getting inflicted with 1 random debuff*. The effects of this talent do not stack with similar command effects. *Debuff list: ATK/INT-20%, DEF-20%, MDEF-30%, Damage Taken+20%, Damage Dealt-20%
