SP Talent: Intertwined Bond

Ignore cost limit of skills. For every 1 ally on the map, ATK and DEF increases by (1, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5)%, up to (5, 10, 10, 15, 20, 25)%. After taking action, if an attack was made this turn, you may choose to use the skill [Return to the Past]: Return to the state this unit was in before taking action.
